Horrible Interface
I have never asked for a refund for an app before now. The interface is very clunky and hard to use. For example: if you want a bill to be reoccurring, you have to click the reoccuring button for that interface and then enter the item. non-reoccuring are in another interface (really? a checkbox would have sufficed). To make a bill reoccurring, you can only go up to 2 years into the future, or forever (really? what about my car loan that will be paid off in 4? Id like to be able to plan further ahead than 2 years). Oh, and you cannot enter anything with a past date. Today is the 10th, so I figured I would use this month as my baseline, going back to the first of the month (really? put some thought into the user experience). Im giving Moneywiz a shot. I dont know how it will go, but they clearly state refunds are available, so I figured Ill give it a shot. Ill leave a review for it as well.
